At Ghost Light Theatre Company, equity is the active process through which we strive to create a better theater for all.  We encourage a culture of respect that empowers all creatives and audience members-including those historically underrepresented because of their gender, gender identity/expression, race/ethnicity, age, ability, sexual orientation, religion, socioeconomic, educational or citizenship status to achieve their creative potential.  We expect our community and collaborators to join us in challenging inequity in and outside of the theater.
